Caitlin A. DeSoye, JD*

As the Financial Planning Specialist on the team, Caitlin currently works part-time assisting Rob by working mostly behind the scenes developing financial planning strategies to help individuals and business owners achieve their goals.  She provides insight for modelling strategies, filling in gaps, and providing analysis and estate planning document reviews.  Additionally, Caitlin occasionally meets with clients and their attorneys and/or CPAs.  Caitlin has prior experience in many consulting roles at MetLife, including Advanced Markets, Case Design and Advisory Services as well as previously serving as Baystate’s Director of Financial Planning before joining Rob’s team.  As a graduate of Bentley College, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance as well as a law degree from Suffolk University Law School – focusing on tax and estate planning.

Caitlin is also a Lecturer in Finance at the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).   She has extensive involvement in the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston. Caitlin is married with three children and lives in Exeter.
